Digital Products

Because of the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered once your purchase has been completed.

However, your experience matters to me. If you have any issues accessing your download or file, please reach out to lifeandtimesofanentrepreneur@gmail.com, and I’ll make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.

Please note: due to variations in monitors, devices, and printers, colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen.

 

Accessories

I gladly offer store credit within 30 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact me at lifeandtimesofanentrepreneur@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that return shipping labels must be purchased by the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

I cannot offer refunds on:

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

At this time, I’m unable to process exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item for store credit, and then place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in its original condition (unworn or unused), with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


Store Credit

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive store credit for the item(s) returned.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your credit, please contact me at lifeandtimesofanentrepreneur@gmail.com.
